| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของคณะผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามความคิดดห็นของบุคลากรและประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปากพูน ท่าซัก และกำแพงเซา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชโดยใช้ตัวแปรที่เป็นตัวกำหนดสถานการณ์ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้ภาวะผู้นำ 3ประการได้แก่ ความสัมพัธ์ระหว่างผู้นำกับสมาชิก โครงสร้างของงาน และอำนาจตามตำแหน่ง |
